All About Spring Hill Metro

The Silver Line, at Your Door
Living at Adaire places you directly across from the Spring Hill Metro station on the Silver Line. It is true walk-to-train convenience, not a shuttle stop or a drive-and-park routine. From here, Tysons connects directly to Washington, DC, Dulles International Airport, and the broader Northern Virginia corridor.

How It Works Day to Day
During peak weekday hours, Silver Line trains typically run every 6 to 8 minutes. Midday and evening service generally operates every 10 to 15 minutes, with late-night and weekend intervals closer to 15 to 20 minutes.
Spring Hill is an elevated, open-air station with escalators and elevators providing full access to the platform. Morning eastbound trains toward DC are typically busier during standard commuter hours, while westbound trains remain less crowded during that period. Service remains steady throughout the day, making Metro a practical option not only for work commutes but also for evenings downtown or airport trips.
The Hybrid Advantage
In Tysons, flexibility matters. Many residents use Metro for DC workdays, airport travel, and evenings out, while relying on a car for grocery runs, regional meetings, or destinations beyond the rail line. With I-495 and the Dulles Toll Road just minutes away, driving remains efficient when needed.
At Adaire, you are not choosing between transit and car dependency. You have immediate access to both, allowing daily routines to adapt based on schedule, traffic, and preference. Our building also offers a covered parking garage for residents.
