The "Paw-fect" Setup

We know your furry friends are family. At Adaire, we’ve created a seamless "indoor-outdoor" routine:

  • The On-Site Pet Spa
Located inside the building, this is our professional-grade grooming station. Perfect for washing off those paws after a rainy walk before you head back up to your floor.

  • Floor-to-Ceiling Windows, Sunny Views
Both cats and dogs appreciate sunlight and views, both of which you'll find in abundance at Adaire. Many floor plans also offer private balconies with views across Tysons Corner to Metro DC and the Blue Ridge Mountains.

  • Adaire's Private Neighborhood Park
Located just 100 feet across Boyd Pointe Way, this green oasis is the heart of our pet community. It features a dedicated fenced-in dog park where your pup can run off-leash and socialize while you meet other resident pet owners.

You'll also find plenty of open lawn and seating. Whether you want to sunbathe, read, or host a quick picnic, this pleasant park is just steps from our front lobby at Adaire.

Where the Paths Lead: Biking, Scootering, & Running

Adaire is a key anchor on the Tysons Community Circuit near Spring Hill.

  • The Multimodal Circuit: Look down at the sidewalks in front of the building—you’ll notice they are "super-sized." These are designed for the planned 4.75-mile urban loop connecting all of Tysons’ Metro stations.

  • The Vesper Trail: For a dedicated "no-car" experience, the Vesper Trail is just 0.4 miles away. It’s a paved, scenic path that connects you toward the quieter trails of Vienna.

  • Nature Runs: If you prefer dirt under your sneakers, a 10-minute jog puts you at Old Courthouse Spring Branch Park, which connects to the massive Cross County Trail (CCT) network.
